About the Project
SEERAT DAALSTARKHAWAN, also known as the Daal Roti Project, is an initiative by the Equal Foundation Society designed to provide free, nutritious meals to underprivileged and deserving individuals. The project sets up community dining spaces where people can come together and enjoy three meals a day—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—completely free of charge.
Our mission is to alleviate hunger and provide dignity to those facing difficult circumstances, including the elderly, homeless, and low-income families. By offering these meals, we not only address immediate needs but also foster a sense of community and support among those who need it the most.
SEERAT DAALSTARKHAWAN is built on the values of compassion, care, and solidarity. Our goal is to ensure that no one in our community goes hungry and that every person feels welcomed and valued. Through this project, we are committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need it most, one meal at a time.
